We're hiring an IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing tech professionals across client organisations in India.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness)
Requirements
1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
