About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Management Consultant to lead strategic consulting engagements with enterprise clients. You'll drive business transformation initiatives and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from proposal to delivery
Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategy development
Develop transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients
Present recommendations to C-level executives
Manage client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements

6-10 years of management consulting experience
MBA from a reputed institution
Experience working with enterprise clients across industries
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
Proven track record of successful client engagements
