About the Role

Our banking client is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects. You'll manage cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and close IT projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies
  • Report project status to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of IT project management experience
  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
  • Experience in BFSI domain is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
