Our client, a leading multinational company, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
Drive talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
Design and implement performance management systems
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Lead employee engagement and retention programs
Requirements
5-8 years of HR management experience
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
Experience with HRMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox)
