About the Role

Our client, a leading multinational company, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
  • Design and implement performance management systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Lead employee engagement and retention programs
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of HR management experience
  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
  • Experience with HRMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox)
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
